It was a pleasure hanging out with Kenya’s rising star Danniella Morgan! The Kenyan model lit up the room as soon as she walked in and met the team at La Elegant that dressed her for today’s post. It was truly a pleasure chatting to the young beauty as she answered a few questions for this weeks Woman Crush Wednesday post.
As I snapped photos, she pointed out that her style each day depended on her mood, she laughed as she mentioned the “Breakfast at Tiffany’s with a Twist” post, agreeing that everything around her is inspiration, fashion is always in a cycle and she loves mixing and matching different outfits to get a unique look that she can own.
On top of her already busy schedule representing clothing brands around Kenya, Danniella has gone on to enrol into a model mentorship program. She visits different schools to speak to aspiring models to encourage them to pursue their dreams. Not only beauty but brains! She mentioned that one day she hopes to own her very own modelling agency. She believes Kenyan women can transform the worlds perception of African beauty.
Dealing with women all day at the La Elegant boutique, you always hear most women mention their favourite piece of clothing is a dress or pair of pants, but no again Danniella mentions that her favourite piece is her army jacket. She loves to pick unique pieces that are out of the norm. So as I picked her outfit today I chose pieces that best suited her unique chic style. She is truly an inspiration to the Kenyan modelling industry and reason why she is this weeks #WCW.
